On April 22, 2026, as part of Samco’s annual onboarding program, new employees visited two partner companies near the company’s Kyoto headquarters, Taisei Weld (株式会社タイセイウエルド) and Ushikoshi (株式会社牛越製作所). The visits provided insight into precision welding, tubing, and metal fabrication processes used in Samco systems, highlighting the importance of tight tolerances, quality control, and advanced manufacturing techniques. The experience offered valuable understanding of the collaboration and craftsmanship that support semiconductor equipment production.
